Bounce Down Tourney Sign up, and Rules.

Okay sign up by Febuary 25th next Friday.
Not necessarily rules, but how it's going to work.
First a randomly selected person starts off the tourney with their score.
Then the next person in line, has to beat that score, if the person fails, then the next person in line will try.
The players will have 2 days to post their score.
If a player fails to post, they are disqualified.
The tourney will go on until someone cannot beat the score.
Also, when you post your score, post the whole page.
